For most Idaho showers, porcelain on the walls and a small-format porcelain or mosaic on the floor is the durable default. Grout choice matters more than most people expect: cement grout is easier to install and repair but needs sealing, while epoxy grout resists hard-water staining far better and is unforgiving to install.
